Terms & Conditions

Rental agreement to be signed and presented with a valid drivers license

Rental rates are based on the following:

• Day rate is 24 hours from the time of pick-up

• weekly rate is 7 consecutive days from time of pick up

• Monthly rate is 28 consecutive days from time of pick up

• Rates allow 8 meter hours per day on rented equipment

Renter assumes full responsibility of equipment against theft, vandalism, and physical damage

​

Renter waves any and all liability from R4S Rentals LLC, Reinhard Properties LLC, & Reinhard's 4 Seasons LLC

​

Renter is responsible for returning equipment clean and full of fuel, additional charges will be applied if not done so
